Todo fue muy bien, hasta que la persona que me atendió me dijo que avisara cuando llegara al hospital, una vez allí me dijeron que hasta que no tuvieran el correo con mi información no me podrían atender. Estuve esperando, como pasaba el tiempo y no recibían el email, volví a llamar al seguro, el chico que me cogió el teléfono no tenía ni idea, resulta que habían cambiado de turno y no le pasó mi información.
